I worked with Kevin, one of the owners. Best Qualified Cleaning is the total package when it comes to customer service. He came to my home right on time. Steamed and spot-treated the carpets we previously agreed upon and even had time to do some areas we did not discuss before hand – the whole process was over before I knew it. He even took the time to make friends with my friendly but loud dog so that my dog wouldn’t be barking the whole time. At the end of the day, Best Qualified Cleaning brought my old, heavily soiled carpets back to life for a very affordable price (a little more than the cost of renting a carpet washer from the grocery store). Can’t beat it. I would recommend them to my own mother.

These guys were amazing. They were 15 minutes early to the appointment. They were in and out in less than an hour. I couldn’t believe it. They did an awesome job! Use them – you won’t be disappointed..

GREG IS THE BEST!!!!! I'm an owner at the Drift Resort in Hampton. Greg was on site 5/17/2022 cleaning the common area carpets for the resort. I was there as I was scheduled to have my personal unit cleaned as well. I can't say enough about how happy I am with not only my unit but the overall job Greg did on the carpets. They look brand new!!! He took the extra time to treat troublesome areas and it definitely shows! I have informed Evergreen Management as to the great job he did and I'll post a formal review as well. Where is the best place for me to make a review for as many people to see!
